Hello, my name is Youa Vang. I live in Missoula with my husband and our golden retriever lab, DJ. We enjoy long walks on the trails and playing by the Clark Fork River. I love to travel, so when the city lights beckon me; don’t be surprised to see me in your town.
I am an artist inspired by life and the colors of the world. I think life is beautiful, let me capture it and let’s share it!!
BBeing middle child in a family of 7 children, I know how it feels like to be forgotten sometimes. Lucky for you, I’m here to make sure your little moments will be captured in timeless images that you and your loved ones can look back on through all the stages of your life.

I‘ve been asked by many aspiring photographers as well as techie clients what I shoot with so thought I’d share. I current have three cameras: one that is lighter and can carry round easily for personal purposes, the other two are for “serious” shoots – a full frame full time camera and handy dandy back up!

Then I rotate from the following lenses but mostly shoot with the 24-70 because of its range:
- Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM
- Canon EF 50mm f/1.2 L USM
- Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM
- Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM
